when i start going to the mindset of “everyone hates me” “it’s always my fault” i use big extreme examples to snap out of it because using extreme words like “always” or “never” makes you feel worse

but of course he ain’t listening to my advice because healing and getting better is scary 😭🙏 but whatever man
