I feel useless. Like everything im doing is ruining everything. Like everyone hates me for trying to help. For trying to please them. Everyhjngs just a chore now. Getting out od bed, sure it stops the nightmares, sure it stops some of the pain, is too tiring. I really cant be bothered. Every step i take, everywhere i go, is turning everything to dust.
