SO I had a dream last night, and he comes from it Shira Male Was human, now was maybe a demon? Idk He rules a place people say is somewhere in or around Limbo. He takes a portion of souls from anyone he can, and if possible, WILL try and dominate them. But what he does with those souls are to FORCE them to marry another soul. Nobody knows why, that's just what he does. If they don't want to marry someone, he will add another ring to his collection which is that soul. He then will cut them to pieces with some of the more jagged rings and make a very particular slit on their hand, and send them to his workers who hold them forever. Those who DO marry, he will bless those with blood and give them a bit more of an easier time.
