So yesterday I asked my mom if I could cut my hair. She’s always been against it. I asked if I could get it cut like Cole Sprouse cause he has amazing hair. She said “Why. That’s a boys hair cut. You already have glasses and braces cutting your hair will only make it harder.” Thanks Mom. Already had low self esteem. So I say “gender is fluid.” She shrugs and says “Only if you’re...you know trans or something. You aren’t. You’re a girl.”then she leaves to go smoke. I tell my violin teacher I want to cut my hair and she basically says the same thing. So I’m feeling shitty. Everyone’s saying I’m a girl. When I am literally anything but a girl! I am a boy or I don’t have a gender. Still figuring things out so I don’t know and I can’t come out yet. Blargh sorry for this.
