Zander: * He quietly drank some of the water. It stung his throat a little. *

Zander: * Zander often wondered why Ice cared about him. He felt useless. No matter how hard he tried to take care of himself to make things easier, he just couldn’t. And Ice was doing the work. He felt bad but he didn’t know what to do any more. He would just end it all for everyone but he knew now that he’d met Ice he was no longer sure he wanted to do that. *

( mhm ) Zander: * He started coughing again, but this time he was coughing up blood. *

Zander: * He shrugged. He didn’t know what he wanted to do anymore. He could probably pass out if he stayed standing up too long. *

Zander: * He shook his head no. He didn’t trust medicine. His family had bad experience with it. *

Zander: * He sighed, wiping blood from his mouth with his hand. *

Zander: * He started whimpering, leaning against Ice’s shoulder, because he was worried about him. *
