That's nice too hear,,I was perfectly fine with it but learning too control anger too,its good,,I'm trying too control anger too,,it really changes life in a good way too be nicer.
yeah but like i have a high chance of actually having bipolar due to it running in my family, as well as; adhd, autism, schizophrenia, add and dyslexia. so uh lmaooo
I'm in a school too control anger and help disability kids,,I'm the kid who needs help with anger becuase I twitch and pull my hair and break my skin from stress.
and i have been showing signs of majour mood shifts. so i may not be able to control my anger. but i'll try anyways.
Well I hope you can become calmer,i recommend listining too music and try drawing calming art. Like oceans and mountains
