yup. all you have to do is put his username in the animation and make the animation about him and make it meaningful. and he'll comment and like it...or she, idk the gender. he or she did it on my old account 2 times.

i think icon is the only famous flipanimer that i have ever seen comment on not-even-out-there ppl's animations. iconfreak's really nice
