Turns out it was fake. And I had a fricken panic attack over more lies.
if you're still shaking turn off whatever device you're using to be here and just focus on breathing and being calm
count to 10 and maybe 30 if you must
just don't think of anything really and concentrate on mindfulness
oh and if you don't stop shaking after counting, just count again and concentrate more
if you can't concentrate turn off everything that makes noise or go to a place where its placid (calm and quiet)

Yeah it was fake, I still may take a break and I fell like I will be most active on scratch
