Screamers are basically Stalkers and Echos blended together with steroids. They usually are Evolved for people who suffer from Paranoia and ADHD. These twitchy mother****ers will scream as loud as they can from any sound of a survivor. They are also super quick which makes them a hard target, though you always know where they are. They are more of docile, but will attack if they feel cornered.
