i dont know whats going on but ive been super easily irritable for the past two weeks or so and rn rage is boiling within me because work ****ing sucks ass i need to break something

i havent been this pissed off in so many years man. why now. im happy. im living in a state where i dont want to kill myself and im surrounded by people i love. just What is making me irritable and angry. i dont get it!!!!!

ive snapped at my friends so many times this week alone i just cant control my anger qnd i dont. ujderstand why. i do a fine job usually. ive gotten so much better at anger mansgement than i used to be but here we are now right back where i wqs a decade ago for no good reason
