all u need to do is search any type of subliminal y'all want,examples ; subliminal moles,subliminal glow ~ up !,etc. y'all need to listen to it 4-5 times a day,but if y'all want faaster result y'all need to listen to it 5-10 times a day! some people get results faster,or slower. basically,you need patience. sometimes,subliminal can take MONTHS. but,it's better to at least have progress rather than just not having one amirite?? <33
