I think like moving on is all I can really do at this point though like it's probably been enough time to do that. so soon enough I should be back to 100% 👍

I think when I'm back to doing sports I should be back to being fine because it's something to focus on. i think i should be fine to do either wrestling or something else for winter sport then track for spring again
