Glitched vs melting vs cartoon vs realistic drawing challenge

I dont remember big things too, and i cant remember a lot of things that happened in my past even when it had a big impact on me. Its really scary and it makes me wonder if the things i do remember are even correct. I also have trouble with dissociation at times which really doesn't help the fact

The memory loss is getting to a point where im genuinely really concerned about if theres something wrong with me thats causing this. Like i cant remember simple things and i used to be super good at spelling but now ive beeh messing up more and i dont know why. I dont want to tell my mom since i already have many medical problems which cost her a lot of money to deal with, and she will probably brush it off. And if she doesnt, what if it turns out to be nothing? I'll feel like shit if i make my mom waste money on something like that. We're already struggling financially and my im getting scoliosis surgery sometime next year, which will definitely cost a lot. My mom is very stressed and if i told my step dad he wouldnt really care since im not really his actual kid. So i dont know if i should just keep letting this happen and be scared or if i should try to do somethijg about it
