Hehehe~ Im a major Whitty simp~!

This is Neko. The green pants are long cargo pants with a shit ton of pocket bc I like pockets. The rainbow sash thing is a bandolier with different types of art supplies, which I usually just draw as colored pencils, and the jacket/hoodie just has a normal amount of pockets, along with one on each arm. The eyes also glow.
