POV: You were walking in the forest towards a lake. Then suddenly, you heard a whoosh and a knife was pressed against your throat. You see what looks like a little girl walk out of the shadows. What do you do?

Quick Info: Alex is genderless, telepathic, and telekinetic. Their tears are acidic and they can't be poisoned. They are able to teleport, but its erratic and hard to control.

??? (tpa): You're in the Manchineel Forest. This forest has a wide variety of trees in it, but is best known for the highest concentration of Manchineel Trees in one place. Around this lake is one of the few places within this forest that is completely absent of any Manchineels.

When it rains and someone is standing under a Manchineel tree, they get poisoned. Some people call this forest 'The Forest of the Poison Rain' for that reason alone.
