im not saying you should starve yourself or anything but PLEASE lose weight. excersize and watch what you eat because 171 is NOT healthy
theyre overweight and if they eat any more than they're supposed to they could get ill or worse
like. being a bit overweight is okay, like below 150 but they are way over 150. they are genuinely overweight and need to be careful until they're at an okay weight.
