Uh well you can take a picture with a camera on your phone or computer/laptop and then send to a friend to get a link and then upload the link in a omment in FA ,bbut before that you must stratigize

For me, I would draw something that is closest to me. Maybe you can try drawing yourself. That is the best way I know, but I'm not sure if it'll work.
