today at volleyball practice i got hit in the face. really hard. so basically i went up to block so i was at the net. and i had to block one of my teammates. shes a decent hitter, but she always, and i mean always hits into the net. and she swings HARD. Anyways so im up there and i jump to block. but the set wasnt goo and she just decided to hit the shit out of the ball. and then it flies straight into my face. she didnt say sorry :/ my nose is bruised now, i have a headache, i was dizzy, aaaannnddd my temple hurts :) worst part is she came to me like 30 minutes later and was like, "i didnt even know i hit you in the face, sorry." she didnt sound like she meant it and i was like, "how did you not notice?" my coach didnt check on me either. she checked on me when my dad yelled at her though. yaaay practice was so fun. i was really dizzy, the back of my neck was just not good, and i wasnt focused at all. great day :D

my face is fine actually. surprisingly. its mostly my neck thats strained and sore. but ty
