THE QUESTION HAS FINALLY COME1!!11 OK I SHAL EXPLAIN BECUASE I THINK IM SO SMART (i’m not really but sh don’t pop my bubble) OK SO you cell shade with the darker color full opacity, then you put the opacity of the darker color down to about 60%, color on the base color with 60 percent and use the eye dropper on that new color THEN you put the opacity of that new color to 60% and then boom u can blend just do that with however many layers of tha shading u want, or with highlights i usually do like three passes of the shading 👍👍 thanks for coming to my tedtalk
