Linkok so yesterday i was extremely exhausted and kinda upset so i drew 2 vent drawings and stuff ya know? well on Monday (i think, it couldve been Tuesday) i dont remember, but i was in the shower and i cut my knuckles with my razor. and lets just say that it looked fúcking awesome. i had blood running down my hand and i had a bloody hand. ofcourse it stung like héll but whatever. SO decided to do it again last night. BUT! i also did it on my knees again. (i did it on my ankles, knees and hands, but last night i only did it on my knees and hands) so i cut my knuckles first, it didnt bleed as much but i still had alot of blood. I then decided to do my knees again. which ended up with blood running my leg and stuff right? well i decided to facetime a friend i havnt talked to in a really long time. So we talked and i told him about my bloody hand a kneecaps. he then told his mom and i talked to her for awhile. im glad i did tho because she use to be a counselor and helped me alot.

LinkShe told me how to clean up the blood and cuts so it wouldnt get infected. Turns out she went through the same thing and has alot of scars on her arms and wrists. She told me that these scars dont go away, and the scars will be there for the rest of your life and you later become ashamed of it as you get older and stuff like that
it helped alot and she gave me another option instead of cutting myself. i already knew about this but didn't do it. the hair tie or rubber band around your wrist or whatever? ya know? snap it whenever your depressed or anxious and stuff like that. idk if im gonna do that but ummm yeah. i really shouldve put this 18+
