and sometimes I want to be called male even if I feel female and I was to be called female even if I think I'm male, and THEN sometimes I hate gender and want to be called they/them ugh it's really confusing,,,,,

You could always use the blanket term of queer!
You don't have to define your gender or sexuality by anything unless you want to, but queer is a good term for people who are unsure/questioning
