We all have our bad days, heck I had a bad time yesterday. I don't want to get into detail, but I am depressed and sucidal so basically everyday I feel this way. You're not and idiot, you're not a nothing, you're not stupid, you're not [Insert any bad trait] Feeling this way is normal, but please avoid feeling this way. No one needs to feel like they need to change something about them. You're amazing. You're awesome. You're NOT an idiot. You're YOU. So stop feeling like you shouldn't act like you.
