Linki'm gonna test out doing dta ocs, and if it doesn't work out i'll go back to otas and ask-to-adopts, this isn't based on skill or who does it first, it'll either be randomly chosen or based on whoever's art i just.. vibe with i guess? yeah, have fun with this one :)
