So as many of you may know, I have depression and have been mentally abusing myself, well today I saw a counselor! She was real sweet and I had a lot to talk about it just felt great talking to someone I could trust, and it helps with some of the things I’ve been feeling, like being alone but now I have someone to talk to! But yea, have any of you ever went to a counselor?
