Corey was turned to an angel when she ran away from home at 13 (she took a train to the city she lives in now) when she was turned an angel visited her and said “your mission is to change the one who changes you, restore his heart, and if you don't you will fall horribly ill” and she found ricky/austin shortly after. Shes also gifted magic but if you've ever rped with her you know that using a bit of her magic wears her out, this is because she's constantly using her magic to heal her “illness” because she doesn't believe she can change austin (which is sometimes why out of the blue she will get sick and bleed from the mouth and such, she stops using her magic for a short period of time) And she doesn't even know that austins mission from hell is to corrupt her and take her soul…(even tho he's kinda stalling bc he's still in love with her) She's literally killing herself for someone whos out to destroy her
