I need to stop slapping my wrist till it bleeds to make me work I need to stop cutting my gums with knives to force me to love myself I need to stop starving myself if I don't talk to my friends I need to stop stabing my body with random things I find on the ground I need to stop ignoring my friends thinking it will help me get in shape I need to stop yelling at myself to work It was my flipping birthday yesterday and guess what I forced myself to clean the hole house in order to make me happy and guess what it only me me feel worse
