CAKE Cake is the main monster in Smile Way Sanatorium, being the most dangerous. Though it represents social anxiety, do NEVER interact with it. Its skin is made of cake batter, some other monsters occasionally taking a bite out of it. Though the wounds heal quickly as batter milts over the wound and covers it, making it like the incident never happened. It also has candles on its back, like spikes. It often uses it as a weapon, ramming its back into a victim to burn them. It’s an anxious creature, often hiding in the shadows. It comes out at night to avoid patients and staff. If it sees someone, it will attack them out of fear. It has fallen a victim to Sernin, barely escaping. Due to Sernin, it’s very paranoid. It feels as if people will hurt it no matter what. When it attacks someone, the person bursts into flames and melts. It’s a very quick death, yet painful. Cake feels sorrow for what they have done after they kill someone, but it vanishes quickly as they become anxious and paranoid again.
