not even people pretending to have it just general talk around autism is so babyish it irks me so bad. people talk to you like a literal infant once autism comes into question and it's the most irritating thing, treat me like my age ffs
it fills me with such rage dude. yeah guys i can't behave normally under certain circumstances because i get overstimulated and panic when i'm too slow to respond to someone in a conversation and it all makes me feel like trash and i lash out sometimes cuz i can't keep my emotions suppressed and people think im a freak because of it isn't that so cute and stimmy stim stim flap hands XDDDDD

for most people it gets easy to hide once you grow older. not that that's a good thing it shouldn't need to be done it just means all the baby treatment won't last an awful lot longer. even if thats not the case there won't be as many adults who don't understand you watching over you as an adult so that's something to look forward to at least

I'm not diagnosed but I do have symptoms. I'm actually confused on what I have. It seems like a mix of ADHD, Autism, and possible Bipolar (Can't diagnose that until I'm 18 though). My dad says I have ADHD but I'm pretty sure I have a bit of autism. My older half brother is autistic and I've observed his behavior, we kind of act the same in a way. As for the bipolar, well- I act differently based on who I talk to (to my friends usually I'm joking around with them and stuff, but with people I don't know or people outside my comfort zone I'm hostile and stuff) . No I've never self diagnosed I've just looked up symptoms. I have a few symptoms of each disorder but I literally have no idea what I have 💀😭
