Oooh I like the glowy effect of the eyes!! Makes her look even more insane :)
Not to mention that blood is just ??
However, there are some obvious anatomy errors (and this isn't just a matter of style). The face is a bit uneven (see how the cheek sticks out a bit on the right side? And the shoulders are too sloping. Also, where are her eyebrows? XD Eyebrows play a VERY important role in expressing emotion. For example, furrowed eyebrows could give her an angrier look (don't touch senpai!!!) or higher arching (?) eyebrows would make her look even MORE insane. Overall, though, very nice job with the expressions!!
Of course this doesn't mean I don't like this piece, just keep doing what you do best! ^^
