I got some lore for this man because yes. Alastor lives in a universe between all others, creatively nicknamed the In Between. They has the ability to pull beings from other universes and bring them to the In Between and place them in other universes. (Although they're unable to go to other universes themselves) They only ever does this with one being at a time, and places them in other universes to watch the chaos unfold for their own entertainment, and/or to also 'test' them. They're normally in their first form but if he starts to grow attached to someone they've taken to the In Between, they changes into their second form. (All relationships are one sided though, and normally they'll try to get whoever they brought to the In Between like them, this always fails, and they normally end up sending them back to where they belong)
