His name is Shadowleg and he’s banished from both Fadedclan and Crystalclan,” She flexed her claws, “He was simply evil.” Her eyes blazed. “A tom from two Clans gone bad…” “Yes… Is this a sign of starclan we should make a new warrior code?” Her whisker quivered. “It wouldn’t be a bad idea.” “A warrior, apprentice or anything alike besides a young kit cannot switch clans.” She nodded. “It’s settled. I’ll go to Starclan for this.” Flutterstar got up. “May I come?” Quartzfur nodded and stood up, “Yes,” She walked out of the den. She glanced around the camp. “BRISKNOSE!” She called out. The tom scuttled over. “Yes?” “You’re in charge of the Clan. Me and Flutterstar are going to yell at Starclan real quickly.” She twitched her tail and ran off. “Oh uh...”

**** The travel was a breeze for Quartzfur, as she knew the way around the crooked and jagged edges of the tunnels. She mewed as she could get into the small pool of water that she had to swim to get to the Starclan Crystal. Flutterstar reluctantly followed. Quartzfur rested the tip of her baby pink nose onto the crystal and twitched her tail for Flutterstar to join. She crouched down in the water. The Crystal glowed brightly in front of her, almost blinding her. She gasped when she touched her nose to the Crystal, for it was so cold. They were warped into the cold, cold starclan. A white spirit looked down at them. The ghosts eyes were blind, and was the color of a burning fire, lava weeped out of its eyes. Then, another ghost followed behind her. This ghost was plump and had a pale ginger coat. “Welcome to Starclan,” The lava-eyed cat spoke.

“Who are you?” Flutterstar asked. “The original leader of Crystalclan.” She flattened her tail curtly and motioned to the cat behind her, “This is a lost medicine cat of Meadowclan. She died here” The plump ginger ghost walked out from behind her. “Introduce yourself,” The lava cat said to the ginger ghost. “My name is Wonderbird.” “That’s a pretty name..” Quartzfur blinked, “We need advice.” “What do you need?” “We want to make a new code where warriors, medicine cats, deputies and appretines can only stay in one clan.” The lava cat snorted, “Sounds foolish to me.” “Have patience, Snowstar.” She turned to the two leaders. “Why do you want this new rule?”

“We’ve been betrayed. A Fadedclan cat joined Crystalclan many moons ago when he was an apprentice. Now, I’m certain he had bad intentions when he originally joined the clan. He’s a threat, and nothing has ever gone right when a cat has switched Clans.” Quartzfur hissed through her words. “That is very bad indeed.” “It’s only one cat! One code to ban all cats over what you think?” Snowstar hissed through her teeth. Wonderbird sat silently as Snowstar continued, “This rule will cause chaos amongst the Clans. You’re not an actual leader yet.” “She’s not wrong…” said Flutterstar. “Well- I’m lead-” Snowstar hissed, “You haven’t done any ceremonies yet, mousebrain.” Wonderbird spoke. “If there’s nothing else, we’ll be leaving.” Snowstar nodded and flickered her tail, then began to stalk off. “Goodbye, Flutterstar, QuartzFUR.” The two leads woke up. The pool they were in was warm now. The crystal glowed brightly as ever.
