For some reason if I've been doing nothing and being silent for so long I start doing things like perking up when I hear my name and head tilting

It's kinda weird and I don't understand whyyy it's like how I open and close my hands randomly and walk on my tippy toes

And then randomly I've gotten the habit of sitting in a yoga like posting where I'm propped up on my elbow but I'm literally sitting with my legs open at the same time I dunno
