never run outside durring a storm always go to a safe place, like a basement, tornadoes shelter or if you don't have a basement and have no time to go to a shelter go ti the lowest floor, to a closet or bathroom , lay in the bath tub

no that is a huge lie if one does occure that is a sure fire way to get killed you will be sucked up, and flug miles to you death, probably dying on impact

you should stay inside and get shelter immediately if you can get to a tornado shelter safely and in time, do so
