Aya, since she's been in an empty void for all her existence without any other contact with life, doesn't exactly understand her own feelings towards Ink

She doesn't even know why she feels the way she does towards him

She also somewhat heavily relies on ink because he was the first one to even discover her existence and what was SUPPOSED to be a timeline
