its been almost. an hour. An hour of being in this dissociative state. its definetly not the first time. but one of the worst episodes ive had yet. I couldnt see, i couldnt hear, i didnt know who i was. and quite frankly i still kinda dont. all i could feel was pain. im not sure what kind of pain. emotional, physical, whatever it was, it was agonizing. it felt like my very existence was being ripped to shreds. slowly but surely. i felt nothing i saw nothing but at the same time i was in the worst pain ive ever felt and it looked like there was something even less than nothing, but that doesnt make sense. i dont know im still really scared
