So, if you couldn't guess by the design and her name, she's Kotoko's twin sister. Kotone is the Lil'Ultimate Trickster, one who uses her pranking powers for the good of others. She is much kinder than her twin sister and was best friends with Jotaro until the incident. She dresses up as an angel to show that she is good, and will refuse to fight Komaru and Toko, saying, "It's not the right thing to do!" She's the only one who wasn't fooled by Junko OR Monaca.
