(Sorry for deleting any first comments. No matter what I'll always be first!~)

There's actually a lot going on in this scene alone (if you guys care at all about the story) Like first off- this is the entire attack that Spark Pack and Fire Pack did on Thunder Pack, which of course ends with their forest territory being burnt down as they're forced into hiding. This event introduces a semi-first-villain character, Starfield (who we don't actually see in the picture attached) currently fighting with Angelwing and Ravenclaw in the right corner.

Obviously we have Rustypaw and Teakfur having their brawl in the trees, which is the FIRST EVER PROPHECY THAT ACTUALLY TAKES PLACE IN THIS GODFORSAKEN MESS OF A STORY, AKA "The wolf born to die" They're obviously the main focus here, because it's a BIG part of the story that basically starts everything off.

I love how this was the original drawing for this entire scene, but when I went to write it in the book, BLACKWING JUST ISN'T THERE AT ALL 😂 This scene is SOOO iconic throughout all of my first drawings of New Moon!! I can't believe I forgot to write Blackwing in! But it kinda makes sense because- WHY WOULD SHE BE THERE??? Everyone else is running away trying to get away from the fire, and the rest of them are fighting to make sure the ones escaping don't get followed and killed. I still love this drawing to be honest, no matter how old it is... I wouldn't mind redrawing it- fact- I was actually going to have this whole FLASHING SEQUENCE just be redraws of my old New Moon art. As cool as that'd be, it'd also be kinda lame... because this is a reboot, not a remake. (yes, there is a difference)

Okay I wasn't gonna mention this, but the comment I removed actually complimented the way I draw these "Cats" I would like to clarify, for the VERY LAST TIME... My characters are wolves. I've been working hard in the past years to separate the way I drew my cats to the way I drew my wolves. I obviously failed, OR the way people draw warrior cats these days has set a standard and we all just see fluffy four-legged animals as cats because almost NOBODY in the warrior cats fandom ACTUALLY draws the cats LOOKING LIKE CATS. AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS THAT, OR AM I CRAZY??? Okay anyways- thanks for the compliment to that one person. I'm sorry for deleting your comment (nothing personal) I'm not mad or anything, I actually understand and like joking about it (Cause it's been SOOO long since I've gotten a comment like that) so yeah- props to you for being the first person in years to call my wolves cats!~

God I keep finding new material- Why is this scene so DETAILED?? ToT I HAVE THREE MORE SCENES AFTER THIS. HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO DO THAT ALL IN ONE NIGHT?? (Easy answer, I won't.) Okay uhh- this scene also includes Ivypaw, because he's important to Teakfur's backstory and all... This is where Teakfur dies, so I'm gonna add Ivypaw in the corner because he's relevant I guess. GOOOOOD I still LOVE this drawing attached! I keep digging up crap I wanna redraw, but like- NO! I gotta focus on this first before any other redraws!! I WILL RESIST!! Okay- I can't promise I won't find anything else to rant about, because like I said- this scene is REALLY important to the rest of the story, so I've obviously drawn it a lot in the past! Plus, I really like drawing the fire... It helps me practice with dramatic lighting and shading. Uh anyways- Imma either get back to work on go to freaking sleep... Either way, I hope you guys like how this is going so far~
