you should try to add a little bounce to when theyre about to finish swinging their head forward, because when a person flings forward like that, they usually back just an inch and then forward- it would make the movement a bit more humanly ^^ that's just my opinion- you don't have to follow it if you don't wanna-

The animation is supposed to represent more cartoonish behavior where it doesn't belong, but thank you for the tip, this is gonna be about a minute long.
