Disclaimer: He wasn't disciplined for being happy, but for doing wrong and sitting in it. Like not leaving or repenting of sin. When we are disciplined from the LORD though, we shouldn't despise it and hate our lives. We should accept that discipline and repent of that sin and surely see what it is God may have wanted us to change from. (A wicked way) Also God disciplines us out of love, not hatred, revenge or to hurt us. But to help us and guide us on the correct ways.
