When Dice was just a kid, he murdered his own mother with the help of his brother Dante. Only a few weeks after he had murdered her did he start hearing her voice replaying in his head.. it is now the most common voice he hears, after being cursed to hear the cries of the dead for eternity. The curse is not actually able to express any true feelings of the dead, but instead voices that taunt him and make him feel bad for everything he did, driving him to insanity. These voices are controlled by Sol Ignis, she controls them to convince Dice that he is at fault for everything that Sol has forced him to do with manipulation of the mind!
