So when red clay Incounters a near death experience (harding) it permanently traumatises them because red clays are very heat resistant so it is nearly impossible for them to get hardened and die
So they devote there life to kindness so no clay ever has to experience what they have

okay interesting how they turn pink too and all
Not the red clays they can't become pink naturally only grey clays
Natural pinks sound interesting because they have like less of a motivation to do so
