Please trust me when I say that things get better, things are able to move forwards and you are able to get out of whatever slump may be happening to you. It may take a long time or a while but I really mean it that things DO get better. I always want to help people but I don't know how to put it into words, or if they do want help. I've dealt with trying to help others who don't really want help in the moment, and I feel like the first step to bettering yourself is being able to find people who can help you when you can't help yourself. Also just helping yourself in general. I still struggle with this and I understand it can be hard, but making sure you're able to be happy and healthy is a really nice thing. Idk I started thinking about all the kids who struggle with things they shouldn't be struggling with at a young age and started crying so I felt like I had to vent my emotions some way.
