Teakfur and Bluemoon.. mentor and apprentice.. Alpha and Beta... betray and betrayed.. Their character dynamic with one another I feel is the most special and is pretty much one of a kind so far in the New Moon series. Teakfur is pretty much treated like Bluemoon's own pup ever since he was an apprentice who lost both his mother and brother in under a year. Bluemoon was new to Thunder Pack when Teakfur was born, and he looked up to her all his life. He was manipulated into betraying her and overthrowing her to become Alpha, but he always thought of her as a mother and close friend. They had great times together, from Bluemoon being a normal moon warrior to her becoming Alpha of Thunder Pack, Teakfur had always been by her side. After being betrayed, however, Bluemoon never looked at him differently. She always felt bad for him and wanted to give him a chance, despite his future. She later mourned Teakfur's death alone after the fire that killed him dispersed.
