no one seems to care so this seems like a safe place to vent

I’m like losing interest in everything again. the things I used to love, I’m just forgetting them. and I feel forgotten and unloved and insufficient and I can’t stop my brain from being mean to me

and the thoughts oh stars the thoughts the thoughts came back and I don’t trust myself anymore I’m trying to stay away from sharp object and pills but I CANT it’s so hard I just cant

I don’t want to be suicidal I don’t want to die I don’t want to lose my friend I don’t want to cry but that’s what’s going on and I hate it I hate it I hate it
