LinkSo the whole idea with him was kinda like a circus of the damned. So he is just the leader of this little circus of damned souls and beings. Also i tried to make him mildly unsettling, please tell me how I did with that.

So no one knows where he's from or why he does what he does or who had him do this job, but he certainly enjoys it. Most of what he does it torture those who work under him, which is why he loves his precious bladed whip so much. He never stops smiling and will hardly ever blink, if he stops smiling, you seriously ****ed up. But he is just basically this creepy dude that loves torturing people and runs a circus of damned beings and souls.
