We all know that genitalia does not equal gender but someone people still feel that it does and that they’d be better off with a p3nis or vagina surgically add to them while this may sound like a dream come true it isn’t that simple, just to clarify this isn’t made to dishearten young trans people it’s just to really show you what really goes down during these 5#it’s strictly cosmetic, for example let’s say that the surgeons do their thing and successfully add it on… you can’t feel a thing nor can you use it properly due to the openings not being in the same place it anything it hurts 🙁 4# it doesn’t look how it’s supposed to, most trans people who have gone through this experience high amounts of badly dysphoria which isn’t good, 3# the technology we currently have isn’t good at all, the risk for infection or permanent damage is very very high and would cost a ton more money to fix. 2# unless you live in Canada or something this is going to be way more expensive than you think…

… especially since surgery’s can take up to multiple days to finish the bill will not so appealing. And for number one Especially for ftm bottom surgery they tend to take skin from your arm or leg which has hair on it and depending on the type of hair you have it can be very problematic it usually causes ingrown hairs to form inside and causes large amounts of pain and possibly infection which will lead to more surgery’s and money loss. Once again this is just for informational purposes and isn’t meant to scare y’all, it’s better to know the real risk so you know what you’re getting into, and also you should definitely wait till you’re an adult to do any of this btw
