Name: Names CAN be anything, but I suggest something Nordic/Germanic due to the concept of the characters. Languages like Icelandic/Celtic languages are good too. Ancient Norse/Anglo-Saxon names can really give your character a fantasy feel while still having a real name, and you could totally name your character the old English word for organs and no one would be the wiser (it's þearm btw thank me later) Personality: Can literally be anything. Go wild with this one. Keep in mind the culture and work around it is the only advice I'd give, simply to make your character feel more real. Backstory: Can also be anything within reason. Once again, keep in mind the culture and work around it, but an even stronger suggestion this time than last so your story doesn't go off the deep end. Keep things realistic, it may be a fantasy race but that doesn't make everything possible. I may add on to this if I think of something else but for now...

TL;DR: anything goes but take into account the culture, even if your character is going to be divorced from that culture
