No I was asking because it honestly doesn't matter if your black. You can be white and have dark skin and people won't think anything of it because you have dark skin
No. You HAVE to be black in order to say it. If you're hispanic but you're dark, you still can't say it, it's disrespectful.
I know but some people are disrespectful and do that and nobody can say anything because they have dark skin and people think nothing of it.
