This is purely because he's cursed, what the curse is unknown.
His speech is often broken or unclear, however, he prefers not to speak.
If you were to touch the circle on his paws you'd die, not instantly though. It could be after a week or even a year. This is presumably because of his curse.

at the end, try making a tiny "bounce"
as in, since he was getting up and going to the right, put a frame where he goes ever so slightly more to the left, and then put him in the regular planned spot.
i have an anim that sort of shows this but it was a shitpost animation so not super clearly, but it's something oops
