LinkI would REALLY like to known your opinion on the baby murder that is abortion :)
****in TRUE! If they didn't want a kid they shouldn't have been ****in; in the first place like damn.
I know people are gonna attack me but, this is messed up. So im just gonna prepare myself for ppl yelling at me:
-What if it was on accident, and they were extremely young. A 13 y/o can't handle a baby.
Adoption :)
And an "accident" is no such thing. If you CHOOSE to have sex you should accept the conscequences.
I know several people who either managed or used adoption.
A 13 year old also cannot handle the emotional strain of killing their child. This act increases suicide rate.
Either way it is not the childs fault the mother isn't ready, why should they have to pay.
A catatonic(I believe that is the word I may be wrong here) Pregnancy is a different thing, and again, a lot rarer then the common abortion. I will back this up that yes, if the mother and child are in danger abortion is valid, but it should be a painless process similar to euthanasia rather than the painful process it currently is. These rare occurences do not validate it.
for example- Murder in self defence does not mean it is okay to murder all the time.
abortion isn't really murder, it's just a way to not have a baby that you can't take care of. puts it out of the way of adoption. i don't think abortion is really bad. children are expensive and extremely time consuming and you are basically in stress all the time because you have to worry about other stuff too.
i mean this is my opinion of course
People manage to live with depression. The fact that you insinuate that people who are depressed don't even deserve a chance at life is harsh. Depression isn't a reason not to live, to not be given a chance at life. Many people learn to live with depression, manage it, and do have happy lives despite their down moments. A mental illness doesn't strip someone of their right to life. And- in some cases- the real mother keeps contact through the adopted parents. I personally know someone who was adopted- and she is one of the happiest people I know. Her mother gave her up instead of aborting her, and she has expressed how thankful for this she is. Is the small risk of depression worth taking someones life without giving them a chance?
It does, but I believe it is better that they have a chance to live then no chance to live. I think someone is happier knowing they were abandoned rather then aborted. Yes- that may affect their mental health, but I believe anyone would prefer being alive or at least having a chance to live rather than being dead.
I haven’t done the proper research but
To take care of a child costs thousands of dollars. To get a proper job requires a college degree. That also costs a lot of money. To get insurance to make sure that grows up right needs money. Vaccines need money. Food and clothes and housing all adds up. An abortion only costs 1000.
Another thing is think is that, if a parent really was going to kill that kid, I don’t think they’ll take care of the kid out their stomach. I don’t think I can back this up but, I don’t think they will take care of a child they don’t want. Everyday, 4 children die of neglect. How much larger will that number get if the parents didn’t have a choice? I don’t know how long a baby will suffer because of an abortion. But I think it’s better than weeks of nothing to eat.
Adoption is an option
And abortion is a painful death with no chance of survival.
Children can survive neglect, can grow up to become happy and successful. (That 4 children statistic most likely includes poorer countries)
I believe that it is better to put children up for adoption then kill them, and if you cannot afford children you shouldn't be trying to have children or practicing unsafe sex.
My last point is that these children are made from risky things. Since they didn’t care in the first place, I don’t think the mother will care while pregnant. Smoking and drinking messes up the kid. Birth defects can mess up the chances of getting a job because honestly, a boss is going for the person who can “function properly.” And at that point, how do these people sustain themselves? Their parents can’t be there forever
Abortion became legal a few months ago where I live (I'm not sure about America)
I think that everyone has a right to have the chance to live no matter how 'bad' their life might be...
But if there was a single mum without enough money to handle a baby or not ready they could always try adoption. And I understand that having a baby is very painful but which one do you think is worse..
Death or Pregnancy
But really I couldn't say anything about this topic I mean, mums can do whatever they want to do when they're pregnant. This is just my opinion...
